Abandoned Revolution, a new multi-media work by Boris Willis, is a live video game that incorporates animation, video, and live action sequences to create an interactive theatrical experience for the audience. Combining video games, game shows, dance and theater, Abandoned Revolution is a 21st century entertainment experience. Audience members have the opportunity to play the video games while learning fundamentals of dance history, and exploring the issues between live performance and the use of technology. The work also features an original musical score by David Morneau created on a Nintendo GameBoy.
